Roller Cam Question

I have noticed that rollers seem to all carry larger numbers, dur. & lift, that flat taps. If in my instance I have picked CompCam 280H flat tap, what would an equivilent set of numbers for a roller cam be? Thanks. :D

286HR has the same duration at .050.

Is there really an increase in freed up horsepwer using the 286HR vs. the 280H? This is due to efficiency and less friction more or less???

The roller cam cam use a much more agressive lobe design and get the valves opened quicker and closed quicker for more area under curve. Trying to do the same lobe with a flat tappet might have the lifter edge digging into the cam lobe.
