sounds like you may have some warping issues on one or both surfaces.Probably not what you want to hear Good Luck

I was thinking the same thing. But the intake is alum. and I am bolting to cast....so i was thinking maybe as it heats up it exspands and since I dont have any RTV there, thats where it leaks.

Fel Pro makes a gasket set that has been redesigned. Metal and rubber.
Have had no problems with these!TEAMWORK is essential, it allows you to blame someone else!
