Far from knowing much but I have a 327 small journal 63 motor and the 68 327 I have is a large journal from factory I believe the 68 and 69 blocks had a large journal. correct me but the small journal was a forge crank and the large went to the steel one. Ed ke6bnlOriginally posted by 71nova
