What if I wanted to take off my crossfire fuel injection (1984 L83 Corvette) and just replace the entire mess with an edelbrock performer and carburetor? What would that require in terms of working with the ECU, throttle, fuel system, etc?

I'm sorry, kind of new at this. Thanks for the help.
