350 Rear Main Seal
I just bought this car and the rear main seal leaks a little bit, the guy I bought it from said that the engine had been line bored and that it was the biggest seal they could get in there, and also it is a one piece seal. I was wondering if anyone had heard of this problem or have a remedy for my problem?

If you are desperate and rich you could try cold welding inside of the seal groove and machining it back to its original size. I'm not quite sure how the 1-piece is set up though.

The block is mid 70's and it is a stroker so it may have been line bored for a bigger crank

All mid-70's blocks have 2 piece seals. Do you have a seal adapter in the block? If you have a seal adapter to use that one piece seal, you can just replace the adapter.

I'll probably be replacing the rear main seal on my 350 this weekend, along with my oil pump. I'll tell you how it goes.
