Which Supercharger for 1996 350 Vortec???
I"m looking at buying a supercharger for my 1996 silverado. It has a brand new 350 vortec crate motor in it and i was needing help finding which supercharger would be best for my application.
ANY HELP WILL BE VERY NICE!!!

ive always liked the paxtons, for the street, had one on a 00 dodge ram 4x4

Thank you for info tech and chevy boy i checked out paxton, but it i couldn't find any supercharger kits for my exact year model truck. Do yall know of a supercharger kit for 1996 350 Vortec for under 3,000.00.

I was looking at a supercharger there for a while Jimmy, and if I am not mistaken Vortech is one of the more expensive and well known superchargers out there. My guess is there isn't a supercharger even out there for a v-8 under 3.

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
