The main journals and the rod journals are smaller on the 283 crank, so it is not a drop in in a 350 block. Someone may make thick bearings to make it work, but I'm gettin' a little fuzzy on that in my old age.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.
