Here's a cam you may want to consider for your 383
crane cams F - 278 -2 PART NO 99250-16 is a solid lifter cam that is good with blown motors, is a lot in a 350 but the 383 tames it down a bit.
Duration at .050 238 in / 248 ex 114 degrees lobe seperation, open close at 050 cam lift In 10 48 Ex 63 5, lift at valve In 480 / ex 500"aerodynamics are for people who cant build engines"
