LT1 bogging on hard excellaration

ok guys 1 more time, i changed cap, rotor, and wires and plugs.

problem seemed to away but afew days later it came back when engine warm ed up. Also seems to have a miss at idle but seems to away at higher rpm. What are my options. Can I go with some egnition not optispark ?

if its bogging under load , that sounds like a fuel problem. is the dist. behind the water pump?
