Ok, i'll remeber that. Is there any way I can test the torque converter?
Well, what i meant by that was that i am at full throttle, but, I am only going 120km/h.
This is how it is, I punch it off the line, it reaches 20km/h, shifts into 2nd, then gets to 40 and it's in 3rd, and then i get to 60, and it already reaches overdrive, and i feel the torque converter locking up. I can't control the lockup, unlessI push the gas harder and it unlocks, and then lay off a little for it to lock up again. When i took it on the highway, It felt like I reached the maximum speed for the tranny. So then, when I lay off the gas, the torque converter is supposed to unlock? Because I feel it unlocking, by the fact that when i get back on the gas after coasting, it revs up, and then it locks up.
I heard the same thing, that the 700R4's are good transmissions, and it is, there is nothing to say. The only problem I am having with it is that it buzzes when it's in gear, and the wheels are stopped.
I will ask the guys at my shop to help me adjust my tv cable, and see how it works.
