if the valve seals cause low cylinder compression, when u bolt on new heads or rebuild ur old 1's, the extra compression will blow out the rings, and it will burn oil if it dosn't arleady. I think it's because the rings seat themselves into being lower compression, and can no longer ajust to the higher compression.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
