SBC: 400 or 350 4 Bolt main?

I have an opportunity to pick up either a SBC 400 or a 350 4 bolt main. (both are stock)

Which would be the better choice?

The 350 block will have the stronger bottom end. The webs are notoriously weak on the 400 4-bolt.

I would buy the 350 and make a 383.Don't getting me going on the 400.Like I said a few times before the 400 makes nice door stops or end tables.I will have to look but I think I have 3-4 with cracks in them.One even has a hole in cylinder about the size of a golf ball.
