Manifold bolt pattern didn't change until '96. In '96 Chevrolet went to the 4-bolt pattern on Vortec heads and intakes. The change in 87 was one-piece rear seal on the block. The only difference in heads from pre-'96 till '69 is center bolt valve covers.RAY
