If you have a 400 block, I would build it. It will handle the hp you will need and cooling won't be a problem with the Felpro Race gasket set as the coolant holes are fixed in the gasket. Jeg's sells the 406 rotating assembly for $1000.00 and it will also handle the power you need.RAY
