No, nobody can. You must assemble and measure the motor. the variables are too many....
Crank centerline to deck dimension
Compressed head gasket thickness
Deck height
Valve seat to head surface dimension
Exact compression height of piston
Exact rocker arm ratio
Exact lash
Have the heads ever been cut?

If your concerned, best thing to do is to assemble the motor with some clay in the piston valve relief cutouts, then turn the engine over 360 degrees. then you can take the heads off and measure the clay with a calliper. That will tell you your tolerance. If it is large enough, your good, if not then you know you need to do something.
