Header advice
I have a 383 with hooker super comps 1 3/4 primarys on it now. Since the headers were left bare they are now getting to the point of going bye bye. (new pair will be jet hotted)..... looking through the summit catalog, I couldnt believe the price of new super comps as compared to the Hedman full length and even the summit full length headers. Does anybody have any experience with the Hedman and Summit brand headers? What kind of difference is there between all three? They all have 5/16 flanges and 18 gauge tubes, so I am assuming that build quality and brand name have a lot to do with the pricing difference. i've enjoyed the years here . made a lot of friends. most who have left. i see no reason to continue with this so hope to see you somewhere else. i dont think this site will ever be back. it's lived...
