I would guesstimate that a set of small-tube equal-length headers going into pipes not to exceed 2 1/4" diameter, through an "X" connector, then into separate mufflers of your choice along with a 550-600 cfm 4-bbl like Tyler said should net you about a 40 horsepower gain, maybe a little more.
