I just recently got a rebuilt 327 that I plan on putting in an S10. I'm wanting to get more horsepower out of it (I believe this one has 210 horse now). It has a 2-barrel carb and I was wondering if I put a 4-barrel carb on it and headers, are the original heads and original cam good enough on this engine to handle the new carb and the new headers? Or should I start from the beginning with a higher horse 327 engine??? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and welcomed!!

I don't necessarily want a race truck - that's not what I'm after. I just want it to run and sound good! I would like to get in the upper 200 horsepower range.
