    Is cylinder pressure ok?

Hey guys Got a ? about my .030, 9.0:1 c/r, 350sbc, it also has KB120 hyper flats, with moly rings, and are .010 in the hole. A set of World S/R torquers, on .028 GMPerformance head gaskets, which yelds a .038 qwench. The cam i went with is a Retro-Roller (EX270HR) from Comp, with a (.495in - .502ex)(218in - 224ex @50)(110 L/S), plus the cam has (61 deg's) of intake closing ABDC. I dialed the cam in the way that Comp recamended me to, and the runs great. I did a compression check, and found that i have about 150psi at all 8 cylinders. The motor is not broke in yet, and was wondering if 150psi is a little low, or will it get better after the motor gets broken in. (Please Advise)

ThanX for the responce (erik erikson), the motors in my project pu, which is still under construction. It problebly wont be untill after winter, untill i get the truck ready to roll, because it still needs all the stuff to make the brakes work. So all i can do right now is let the motor idle awile.

your camshaft overlap will determine cranking compression as well.....yur 270 cam has a tight lsa and an overlap of 56 degrees i beleive.....but the fact that you are even in all cylinders is a good start.....sounds like a good motor....but carefull when idleing a new cam.....they dont like to idle for long periods.....what i do for mine that has a 270h in it is i let it run at about 1500 to 2000 to warm it up and this keeps oil on the camshaft......then when its hot i shut it off......
    old habits die hard

ThanX guys for the heads up on idleing the motor, because of the glazing of the cylinders.
