Hello all,

There seems to be a large wealth of knowledge on this board and I would like to hear your ideas on building my first engine.

My goal is to piece together a small block 350 that puts out torque numbers around 400 foot lbs. for the least amount of money possible(of course).

I am not a fan boy to any brand so I do not mind trying a part from a manufacturer I've never heard of.
