A single plane intake will be great for upper rpm power but not good for low end grunt. Your best bet may be going with the 292 cam, 200cc heads, X-celerator intake, a good set of headers and bump up to a 3000 or 3500 stall converter. That combination should give you over 400 hp and 400 ft. lbs of torque. You haven't mentioned what kind of car--light or heavy. That will make a big difference. What I mentioned above would work great in a '66 Nova, but not so hot in a heavy car like an Impala.
I think the 200 cc heads might be a little large.In our circle track car with a 388 we turn lap after lap at 7,300 r.p.m.s and we only use a 200 cc head with 2.08 valves and a mild port job.
