Joe, we have one of the "premier" engine shops around the corner from us here - machine/assembly/dyno - but I can't recommend them. They've gotten big and sloppy over the last 20 years, they don't think their s__t stinks any more. PM if you want the name as a shop to avoid.

What about just waiting until the engine is installed, that way the tune is done with the actual exhaust and intake system in place. It will be a fraction of the cost of an engine dyno and more representitive to boot. Quite a few chassis dynos around here to choose from.
