Its dumb ole me again. My vette has a 350 4 bolt block. It has occurred to me that I need some ventilation for the crankcase. Yeah I know duh... I've known this for a long time, but I don't have a PCV valve on the engine and my valve covers are the old style 327 aluminum corvette types and have no holes in which to put one.
Ok stupid question number one. Other than putting new covers on the car is there any alternative place to put a PCV?
Second dumb question. If I buy new valve covers equipped with the grommet for a push in type PCV, where does the hose go on the other end? I assume it would go in the carburator base or into the intake manifold. I run a 600cfm holley.
You'd never guess I built this engine myself. Theres so much I don't know about this stuff and don't have anyone to ask, so I figure the best way to learn is ask or do the trial and error thing. Usually the latter. Ask me about anti ballistic missiles satellite killers and I'm pretty good. This is my hobby not a profession so lets hear from you experts.
