I've got close to the same set up your thinking. My 305 is bored .060 over with flat top pistons, crane cam edelbrock manifold with 600 cfm carb and just with that I have to pump 93 gas. That combo is putting out a little over 290 HP so with dual blowers, your talking about one hell of alot of power from a small block but as tech says, It can be done.
