Question about ARP fasteners

I have a 350 ci chevy 4bolt main block that I am in the process of building. The block has been magged, bored .040, cleaned, and has new cam bearings, freeze plugs. I also had it align bored, not that it needed it, but just to bake sure everything was square, and so forth. MY question is this;

When the machine shop align bored the mains, they used the factory fasteners in the main caps. I have since purchased an ARP fastener bolt kit for the main caps , heads, and accessories-manifold, oil pan, etc. There is a footnote on the instructions that came in the box with the bolts for the main bearing caps that said something to the effect that whatever fasteners were used during the align honing process should be used during installation. Do I really have to use the factory fasteners, or can I use the ARP bolts in the main caps, and be safe? I will use the factory fasteners if necessary, and just try and return the ARP's.

Also, this motor is not going to see anything over 6400 rpm. The range of the cam is a solid from Crower with a range of 2200-6400rpm, and the car will be used on the street for the most part.

Well, I called up ARP. They said what I thought they were going to say, use the fasteners that were used during the align bore process. I would think that as long as I used the plastigauge to verify that I was withing tolerance between the main caps and the crankshaft, but they are the pro's, so I will go with what they recommend. In any event, I can use that $$ for my roller rockers.
