Not worth it as Magnacharger will sell you a complete kit for $3600. The V-8 kit uses a Eaton M112 as used on the Mustang Cobra and Lightning. The 3800 V-6 uses a smaller Eaton M90 which was also used on the '89-'91 Thunderbird S/C.---Tom
