Cheap headers. Thin flanges. Warping. Flanges of at least 3/8" thickness are necessary to prevent warping and I'd like to see someone make 1/2" thick flanges.
Bottom line?? You need to stop buying cheap crap.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.
