Ok, just got back from going on a drive. In my previous post I said I took the check valve out of the fuel filter and the problem went away, well it's back. I did notice something today though. The engine is only cutting out when Rpms are sustaining between 4k and 4.5k rpms. I think this is more of a fuel pressure problem by the way it was acting today. So I guess I'll be adding a good quality fuel pump here in the next few weeks to my already growing shopping list. I'm wanting an electric 6-8 psi pump, but I'll probably end up just getting a good mechanical pump. Which would you guys recommend? So far since everything is Holley I was thinking one of the holley pumps but I don't have a clue where I'd mount it, or should I stick with a holley or carter mechanical pump?
