first off, even considering the dirt track guys are using up the 350s, I have a hard time believing that 262s & 267s are more plentiful than 350s, hell 262s where basically only in Monzas...for 2 years...over 20 years ago. 267s in a few more cars...but that was over 20 years ago as well. anyway, out of the 2, 262,267, or 305..Id take the 305 any day75 GMC C-15 factory 454, automatic, lowered

I am kicking myself in the butt now for not keeping the 267 but that's cause, if I built a T bucket like I want to, I could at least have a motor that could move it around, whail I bought or saved up for a 350 or somthing. Dosn't matter now, the guy I gave the Impala too, is building the engine up for his dirt track car, so he can run in a small cube class ( I think it's 300 or less cubes at a fairly local dirt track ) and the higher cube class in which he runs a 355 out of an old monte that he got junked.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
