If you think push rod lenth is maybe incorrect you can check by ass. motor and ajusting the valves ( the correct way). Pull plugs out , rotate crank, and watch rocker arm as it sweepes your valve. The rockerarm tip should stay in the center of valve tip through the intire lift, now if it's inboard you will need longer push rods- maybe .100 longer in lenth and visversa if ther on the outboard of valve tip> hope this helps you out!!
