Need help putting small block back together(minor stuff)

I am in the progess of of doing my first engine swap and failed to propperly tag everything. I have some pics and was hoping some one could help me get the last few minor things hooked back up with them.

INFO: the motor is a 327 with 350 heads and intake and is going in a 1982 Chevy K20 3/4 ton. I dont know what the carb came off of but I know it is quadra jet, Rochester carb and Believe it is a factory carb. It is quite similiar to the one that was on the 350 originally in the truck.

First pic is the back of the carb and intake. I dont know what gos hooked to the line coming out of the back of the carb or what plugs into the hole in the back of the intake.

Second pic is a sensor(heat?) on the driver side head towards the front. What is it for, how important is it. I cant find anything that would obviously fit the plug.

Third pic is on the driver side, middle rite under the distrubiter. I found a plug that fits into it, it has two prongs but the previous 350 had a one prog hook up. I almost think the plug I have hooked to it belongs on the sensor in the previous pic on the head but I cant get it on, maybe just cause the header is in the way? What is circled thing, and what is it for?

I have been working on this thing in the little time I have had for the past 4 weeks, I would really like to get it wrapped up, some one please help :whacked:

1. Manifold vacuum. Carb is for brake booster if you have one.

2.Water temperature

3.Oil pressure.

Well now I have some more annyoing and less simple questions. Does anyone have pics of the 2 sensors with their female plug? The oil sensor on the original motor had a one prong plug while the 327 has a 2 clip plug. This is really confusing becuase I found a plug that fits the 2 prong oil pressure sensor. I cant seem to find any plug that fits on the water temp sensor. The only one that seems like it would fit is the one that I have plugged on the oil pressure sensor because it has a round hole in the center of the plug :LOL: :eek:

Check in a Summit equipment catalog. They should have pictures of what you need.

I looked there and on auto zones and advance auto parts sites, didnt see any pics.

The plug for your water temp sensor is just a plain female side spade connector. It actually slips onto the round button sideways. As for the oil pressure, you'll probably want to run the stock "bell" sensor that came off the truck originally. Pull the ditributor and screw the 327 sensor out. It should just be screwed into the block. If I'm not mistaken it's just an 1/8 inch pipe thread. Take it out and use the one off the 350. It'll match you existing wiring. Thanks for that drawing, lights just went off and lots of ding ding dings goin on in my head now. Hopefully everything will fall into place tomorrow. I got it the point where I could turn it over today but I need to adjust my distributer for timing and still havnt hooked up the wires but now that I know where everything gos tomorrow it should be all set. Thanks everyone for your help !!
