Well, if your due for an oil change, theres an Easy way to find out if its due to you cooking your oil. Grab a bottle of STP oil stabilizer. Available at your local advanced auto and Family Dollar. Blue bottle, $2.50. Add it to your oil when the car is warm. If ou notice an immediate increase in oil pressure, its probably your oil is thinned out. if you notice a slight or No increase in oil pressure, you either have a flow blockage or a bad pump.
