This is just a rough estimate but you should be running around 385- 415 H.p. according to the cam and motor specs that you gave. Total timing around 28-32 degrees being conservative. Around 5500-5800 R.P.M.'s max .
HP and torque are probably close.....I personally would run more timing than that, about 38 to 40 total, and 16 or 18 initial...my big blocks have always run best around there, but as always, check because every engine is different. Why arent you running vacuum advance?? On the street, it's a good thing to have, you'll be much happier with it. Jetting should be close enough to run pretty good. John
thanks guys for the info..... i called summit a few weeks ago and they said 425 hp at 5600 rpm and 16 initial and 36 total jetting is good it should shred the tires on my 56 gmc i think it will be a real nice combo for the street.....
