Numbers on a 454

I have coded the engine to be built between 75-87 and could be a 2 or 4 bolt with the numbers 14015445 but the other numbers on the attached photos I cant decode
I could not open the bottom as it stood end see the crankshaft but heads and pistons is LS-7
Can someone decode the other number attached over the timing chain? T (or I )D04XCH9

Close to the upper water pump bolt on the passenger side, there should be a 3-digit letter series or number/letter series. Here is a fairly complete list...…
