I have 99978 on my 77 and the p/o said he changed the timing chain while changing the water pump.Charlie

Years ago I pulled one from a 76 crew cab dually and the original owner said the engine had head gasket and 1 head replaced but was all original aside from water pump, dist and carb. It had 295k on it but you could see it had been half dead for a long time.

We have a regular customer with a 90s model 3500 dually that has over 350K on it. I attribute it to modern oil additives and fuel injection.
