i work crazy hours and i have been trying to get everything lined up and as for the motor mounts i appreciate the responses but as you can see from the links you provided the motor mounts are completely different in 1972 the motor mounts were changed i was asking if anyone had any luck with an aftermarket set up or if they went to custom looking for a cleaner look

The engine will not care which ones you use, the upper (engine ) portion will need to match the lower subframe mount. I`m only guessing its `72,

The "mount" shown for the '75 Monte is the lower frame tower. It bolts to the K member.

The '72 and '75 FRAME mounts are different because the frames are different. The '75 engine can use the '72 BLOCK mounts. There is no difference between the block mounting points. Use the '72 engine mounts on the '75 block and you will be good.
