Hello, my father has a 396 that's been bored over to a 402, and from what I've been told it was a drag motor. Problem is it's been sitting for 30+ Years. What are some of the first steps I need to do to know if it's still good. I know it was preped to sit after it was taken out of the original car. Thanks in advance for the help.
