you may get good money for the intake and carbs . but block not worth 1000.if low hp cast crank engine .if it has 3/8 dimple rods . steel crank . 4 bolt .then its could be abit more if not hurt . heads could be worth some money to not much this has to do with if casting are hurt or over worked same for the 396 i have pickup bare blocks for next to nothing .to get good money parts need to be hot tanked and crack checked
