    402 stroking

hello, name is sam, have read a lot of post on the bb forum. i'm working on building a '71 402 for my '74 nova. block#3969854,heads#3993820.i will be running it with a t400 trans.,around 3:73's in the rear.i've already gotten a set of kb160-60 hyper. pistons.will be boring .060 over, plan on having heads ported & polished with also installing 1.88 exhaust valves.was told by kb these pistons should give me 9 to 1, 9.25 to 1 compression.also plan on going with edelbrock rpm air gap intake. i have 2 questions that i would appreciate any help with answers to.1) can i put a 4" stroke crank from a 454 in this motor and still use the new pistons i've already purchased?(any additional cubes i know is a benefit and figured should bring motor to 440 ci) 2-what howards cam and size carb would give me 450 to 500 hp? if possible. i plan on using car for hot street/sometimes strip car. any guess's or estimates this combo may give me in 1/4 mile times? thank you for any help, enjoy reading the forums and now looking forward to being involved when needed if i can help someone
