502 Help - Water in Oil Filter

Hey all. I have a brand new ZZ502 in my 75 Corvette. It had a intake manifold leak (Accel SuperRam) so the the oil turned to a milkshake. It has since been drained but it looks like the oil is still getting water in it.

When we pressurize the coolant system it will hold pressure and slowly start to leak off. New antifreeze will drip out of the oil filter block.

This is a brand new long block from Chevy, it has been sitting since 2007 though.

Any ideas what to do next?

well if the block is not cracked then it is head gasket if or intake leaking there no water plugs in side of the engine to make it leak water in the oil less the block/heads has a spot were the casting is weak sounds like it is going to have to come apart make sure the intake is not bottom out on the block stoping the intake gaskets from sealing up
