As long as all of that stuff fits together. You will have to figure out which you would rather have. If you have a vehicle to put it in, then it might be the way to go.
It would be nicer to have an engine that was all put together to start with. My thoughts are that when you buy an engine that is apart, there is a reason why it's not back together. Kick back, have a (bud)weiser and think about it.
