To give an informed answer, more info is needed.

If the heads have a 118CC chamber, the flat top pistons won't give much compression (8 or 8 1/2-1). If you plan to use nitrous, the cam choice will be altered somewhat. Torque will be more important in a Mudder than HP. Tell us what you want to achieve, and we can supply lots of suggestions.
Buying parts I don't need, with money I don't have, to impress people I don't like

HMMMMMM..... realistically, my ultimate goal is to use the parts I have to make a dependable motor, that will start when I turn the key over. have a nice choppy cam. and just be a good strong motor.

Your right, torgue is the key. Im running 72 inch tractor tires. the motor and tranny will bolt up to a gear to gear divorced transfer case out of a combine. you can actually move the truck by turning the input shaft with your hand. so yes, it is geared verry low

Im on an extremely tight budget (as I am learning, building a big block is not the cheapest project out there) so i really want to use the parts that have been given.

    these are 118cc heads

thanks for the reply geezer, check your pm's

I'd start with a hydraukic cam (do to $$$$ considerations) or if in the budget a hydraulic roller, with somewhere around 230/238 @ .050 with a .575 or thereabouts lift, mill the heads to about 112 CC's and run a dual plane intake.

It's a starting point and should perform well with or without the nitrous.
