when you wipe out a cam lobe that ground up cast iron goes into the oil now you have wiped out two cams who knows how many lobes how many miles was it driven with all that metal circulating through the oil sys. ( read bearings ) imho I think it time to pull the pan and check the bearings and clearances......tedI'LL KEEP MY PROPERTY, MY MONEY, MY FREEDOM, AND MY GUNS, AND YOU CAN KEEP THE CHANGE------ THE PROBLEM WITH LIBERALISM IS SOONER OR LATER YOU RUN OUT OF OTHER PEOPLES MONEY margaret thacher 1984

Tech inspector turned me onto this stuff SFR 100 for my engine rebuild/cam break in.
It is expensive, but goes along way at saving real expenses of engine overhalls. 34 bucks a quart but you use very little per oil change. Good stuff with the zinc you need! http://www.sfrcorp.com/product/9"
