what is a good bbc aluminum head to run i like the pro 1 but there expensive should i spend my money on cheaper pro comp heads or save my money for the pro 1..i have herd bad things about pro comp but not sure if its true..what should i do thanks guys!
i forgot to mention its a 540ci going into a boat 22ft
Heres a link to marine specific heads. I am assuming the 540 is based on a big block chevy, There are 2 pages to see with edelbrock and world heads, and also matching intakes for the heads. I am not up to date on the pro 1 line so I cant honestly say. But I can bet my last dollar that edelbrock and world products have great R&D teams testing to build the best performing packages you can get.
