hey guys, ive been offered a 177 weiand blower cheap and was just wondering if theyre generally too small to use on a 496. planning 5800rpm max, 6-8 pounds boost and 500 foot pounds of torque. would it haveto spin too fast to really be any better than one cammed for the same output? its a big arm so could do it naturally aspirated anyway so would i be better off just doin it naturally aspirated instead of using such a small blower? i want gobs of low down torque, a torque curve you can graph with a straight edge which is whats needed to get a big heavy impala off its arse. i dont wanna throw good money after bad so if anyone has advice from their own experience and combos of using these blowers on 496s id appreciate it. cheers for your input
