Simple 454 Question

Under the fuel pump mounting position there is a threaded hole, not found on my mice motors. I am running electric pump and have blocked off the mechanical pump opening. What goes in the hole under the pump on a big block? This is my first big block and I did not take it apart! Thanks

That is so you can put the fuel pump push rod in the block

Ok, so no fuel pump, or push rod this time. It is just plugged with a pipe thread slug, yes?
