okay so i inherited a 454 4 bolt Mark IV it had been sitting in a car port at my grandfathers he wouldn't sell it but he gave it to me and i have never worked on an engine b4 so this is my hands on learning experience. so i was looking for some input on good ideas for what i want to do. i have plans to put it into a 1st Gen camaro 67-69. i want the engine to have maximum visual appeal so i figured ide put a supercharger on it, so now im here to get some good ideas of what i need to get the engine ready to handle that and also put up some good numbers ie.. HP/TQ. i did strip it down to the bare block to have it hot tanked and then magnafluxed pressure tested and all mic'd out to i know what sizes im gonna need as far as pistons, rings, bearings, etc... other than that i do not know much about what kinda parts to look for or what would be the proper super charger to use or elctric or mechanical water pump or fuel pump so if some of you Guru's have any knowledge that could help i mean any at all, it is very much appreciated. thanks.
