I examined it really good this morning and thought I can see the crack, took it back to the machine shop. I showed them the spot and they said yeah looks like thats where it may be, I then informed them that this was the same head they were supposed to pay special attention to on my total rebuild. This is the reason I tore the motor down last time, looks like they didnt do the job correctly. They say I need another head now and they will cover it, they are going to take all my new parts and put them in the other head. I hope the motor is ok, it got water in it during the the time I briefly fired it up, I think maybe it ran for about 20 seconds at the most and then I was trying to figure why it wasnt getting fuel.
