 A friend of mine has a BBC with aluminum (Chevy) heads. One has a crack at the spark plug hole on one end. He has a bunch of money in them and was told that it can't be repaired???Charlie

 Charlie, he's talking to the wrong people. A google search for aluminum cylinder head repair will yield a ton of shops that can do it.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.
