If this is a street driven car the 320 cc heads might be a little large.
But if your 535 will see 7,500 rpm's often then they will work fine.
In a street car I would look at the AFR's 305 cc head or the Brodix BB-2's we have used both of these heads on 496-535 with really good sucess.
Of course you do know the 535 has a 10.20 deck height which means you need to run a MSD billet distributor with the slip collar,you will also need a longer oil pump drive and a tall deck intake manifold.
Also because the heads sit up higher sometimes exhaust becomes an issue.
